I imagine you are a busy man, but I would be interested in maybe a weekly or semi-weekly deep dive/explainer column on a single topic that may or may not be in the current news cycle. Thanks!

Good morning. 🌞 when discussing specific pieces of legislation, make it easy for us readers to submit a template letter to each senator and/or congressman/woman serving on that committee who will vote on that issue.

I would provide a philosophical framing, to be made publicly known, upon which to base this newsletter, if you don't already have one. You might already frame your newsletter similar to what I suggest, but I'll make my suggestion anyway. It's a philosophical framing.

I suggest a newsletter like yours be framed in a philosophy like the following: 100% laissez-faire capitalism, which is a major expression of the political philosophy of unalienable individual rights based on human volitional consciousness (human nature) and the maintenance and improvement of the individual human life, by the individual himself, in human relations, in short, of unalienable individual rights.

This has never existed yet, not even quite in the United States. It won't be completely thought out and actually established in law and government without the necessary philosophical fundamentals: the individual's self interest in human relations based on reason, as per his life and its maintenance and improvement, by himself. This framing covers the philosophical branches of politics (unalienable individual rights), ethics (self interest), epistemology (reason) and metaphysics (physical reality, nature, not any super-nature).

As a bonus, laissez-faire in particular would provide such an abundant aggregate surplus that charity (by definition, private) would very easily provide for all who are demonstrably unable to completely provide for themselves. All who can completely provide for themselves would be charged, by the ethics of self interest, to do so.

This philosophical framework for your newsletter, to be made publicly known, is, in very brief short, my suggestion of what might improve this newsletter. You probably have your framework already, but this is my suggestion, if I may. It would cover anything you would discuss in any installment of your newsletter. I thank you for reading this suggestion. Mike Kevitt

Good question. I’m new here and it sounds like the kitchen sync is as well. Keep it and see how it developes I’m getting sick of the national stuff maybe a little more local stuff will be easier. Like that’s going to happen.

Not sure many liberals would read your posts but I think it would be great to be able to publish this so more of the general public could read and perhaps participate. We desperately need to reverse indoctrinate our young people.

Would it be possible to put the podcast on Spotify?
